We adjust rights among parties, such as tenants and mortgagees, pertaining to buildings constructed under the former earthquake resistance standards and achieve consensus to streamline the relationships of rights. Then, the buildings are demolished and new commercial/office buildings or condominium buildings are constructed to facilitate urban redevelopment, thereby contributing to society. Our business model matches the Japanese government’s policy.
We call this business of adjusting property rights the “redevelopment adjustment business.” We are engaged in two principal businesses: the “redevelopment adjustment business” and the “real estate revitalization business.”
